This page sets out plainly how Repère is funded, what that implies and what it does not. We would rather state it clearly than bury it in a footnote.
In force as of 15 August 2026
1. We are paid
Repère holds commercial relationships with the operators it reviews or with their intermediaries. When a reader opens an operator link from our pages and subsequently opens an account, we may receive a fee.
That fee may take the form of a fixed amount per validated registration, a percentage of net revenue generated, or a combination of the two. It costs you nothing extra: the terms you receive are identical to those of a direct visit.
2. What the fee does not change
It does not change our ratings. The framework has five criteria weighted identically for every brand, and the detail is published on each review.
It does not change the display order, which follows the overall rating and then the seniority of the French licence.
It removes no stated concern. An operator cannot obtain the withdrawal of a factual criticism, whatever the sum involved.
It does not determine presence on our pages: we document an operator because it holds a valid ANJ licence, regardless of whether a commercial agreement exists.
3. How we rate
The overall rating is the weighted average of the five criteria, rounded to one decimal. Any operator whose licence expires, is suspended or is withdrawn is unpublished immediately.

4. Advertising and campaigns
Repère may promote its pages through online advertising campaigns. Those campaigns point to pages we publish and control, whose content matches the promise made in the advertisement.
We use no deceptive redirection, no hidden content, no intrusive pop-ups beyond the legally required consent banner, and no targeting of anyone under 18.
5. Limits we acknowledge
Our reviews reflect a position observed on a given date, shown on each page. Odds, promotions and terms change constantly: the terms that apply are those published by the operator at the moment you register.
We guarantee no winnings and publish no tips. Sports betting carries a risk of losing your stake in full and can lead to dependency.
6. Reporting a breach
If you believe content published by Repère is inaccurate, misleading or inconsistent with this disclosure, write to redaction@reperesportsbetting.com. Every report is examined and, where well founded, the correction is published with an updated editorial date.
